Spotland® - A digital dimension to the physical world
The Spotland® beta feature allows Users, Businesses, Creators, and Academia to claim* persistent Digital Land tied directly to real-world GPS locations worldwide inside Spotselfie’s Real-World Social Metaverse. Spotland is superimposed directly onto the physical world where people live, gather, shop, attend events, and socialize. Creating a persistent spatial engagement layer designed for smartphones today and AR glasses tomorrow (see the FAQs).
Spotland was built around the belief that the future of spatial computing would create a second digital economy layered directly onto physical environments. Spotland helps democratize traditional social advertising and creator monetization by putting the power directly into users’ hands. Future ecosystem participation models may enable users who claim Digital Land to participate in revenue opportunities tied to contextual AR advertising, creator experiences, spatial commerce, and persistent venue engagement layered onto their claimed Spotlands.

Your Digital Land
Earn revenue from advertisers, control the visibility of social content pinned to your Digital Land, place a customized web link to a digital store, and review statistics related to those who physically visit your Digital Land. |

*Users that are either business owners, landowners, corporate advertisers, marketing/advertising agencies, non-profits, or governmental entities (“Staking Entities”) may register as a Staking Entity. If you are a Staking Entity you will be given priority regarding claiming (“Staking”) Digital Land as well as the adjoining Digital Land that may be owned by a city, town, county, state, province, municipality, or government.
We Pay You if a Staking Entity Wants Your Digital Land
If you are not a Stakeholder, you agree that We have the right to purchase your Spotland Digital Land back from you based on the Digital Land value per square foot that we will designate from time to time. Currently, the price per square foot is set at 1.5 cents USD. The value could go up in price as our platform acquires more Users and Stakeholders. We would then purchase the Spotland Digital Land back from that User or Users and give them a free social token to acquire another Spotland Digital Land of equal size, somewhere else.
We Pay You if a Staking Entity Wants Your Digital Land
If you are not a Stakeholder, you agree that We have the right to purchase your Spotland Digital Land back from you based on the Digital Land value per square foot that we will designate from time to time. Currently, the price per square foot is set at 1.5 cents USD. The value could go up in price as our platform acquires more Users and Stakeholders. We would then purchase the Spotland Digital Land back from that User or Users and give them a free social token to acquire another Spotland Digital Land of equal size, somewhere else.
We believe the future of spatial computing should not be controlled solely by platforms and advertisers.
