​Digital Land is available on a first-come-first-serve basis. Users can own more than one digital plot of land. Users that are either business owners, landowners, corporate advertisers, marketing/advertising agencies, non-profits, or governmental entities ( “Staking Entities”) may register as a Staking Entity. If you are a Staking Entity you will be given priority regarding claiming (“Staking”) Digital Land as well as the adjoining Digital Land that may be owned by a city, town, county, state, province, municipality, or government. If you are NOT a Stakeholder, we have the right to purchase your Spotland Digital Land back from you based on the Digital Land value per square foot that we will designate from time to time.
